On last Tuesday the prestigious sommelier Juan Luis Garcia of Casa Marcial, managed in Madrid a cider tasting in the space Remirez De Ganuza Wine Store.
THE CIDER.- A very interesting experience in which the aforementioned sommelier presented the ciders:
Natural Cider Foncueva of Selection and Tareco
Sparkling ciders grand vas. Pomarina 2014 and Poma Áurea 2013
Sparkling cider xampanoise method. EM 2013, Prau Monga 2012,
Casería Panizales 2013 and Riestra demi dry.
Ice ciders: Diamantes de hielo, Panizales and Valverán.
Cider liquors: Alquitara del Obispo and Salvador del Obispo.
With experiences like this we are achieving Asturian cider to be considered with the proper deserved respect and its wide diversity appreciated.
