Cold-brew cider is the new blend of apples and coffee.

LA SIDRA.- Two years ago, Schilling Hard Cider presented Grumpy Bear, the first-ever nitro-carbonated canned cider, a unique beverage blended with cold-brew coffee. The company says that coffee cider pours like a stout, in a smooth and velvety way.

Now, Austin Eastciders and Cuvée Coffee join together with a new cold-brew cider. It contains 60 mg. of caffeine per pint, which can help us to be awake.

The drink appeals to those who love to pair chocolates with fruit, as the malty, dry and chocolatey goodness of coffee mixes with the bright, sweet and acidic flavours of cider.
