Eco, bio … organic

The market of ‘ecological’ increases, as well as the interest of companies and European government entities to increase both this form agriculture and its final products; a bet to which the Asturian cidermakers have been added … several of them for more than three decades.

THE CIDER.- We have listened over and over again, “health enters through the mouth”, “there is nothing like the natural thing”, “before we used to eat healthier”, or “my grandmother’s tomatoes tasted better”. In recent years it seems that awareness “bio” or “eco” gains strength and little by little we see how in our localities or even in our neighborhoods are installed and maintained stores or points of sale where to buy one hundred percent natural food.
