THE CIDER.- Among the new ciders that step by step go growing in the market, as a result of the aim of the Asturian cider makers to give cider more projection, evolving towards new forms of tradition, comes this rose cider by Llagar Panizales. This is a true delicacy for the palate that no cider lover shoult stop knowing and from LA SIDRA we encourage.
Tasting note:
This cider is a little bit turbid pale rosed color, of a not yet matured cherry, of fine fruity and strenght coming in mouth with a cherry taste that puts together the soft yet during cider with the base cider and acid-sour taste of the cherries that have not yet matured completely with a little bit dryness with touches of marmelade.
