Yesterday there was the Gala Dinner in Barcelona to present the SISGA’16 with a very interesting pairing of the chef’s proposals with ciders awarded in the SISGA’15.
THE CIDER.- Organized by the Asturies XXI Foundation and LA SIDRA in collaboration with the Asturian Center of Barcelona, there was the Gala Dinner to present the next edition of the SISGA 2016, for next 30th of September and 1st of October
The Gala Dinner took place in the prestigious restaurant of the Novotel City Barcelona and there was a pairing of the chef’s proposals with two or three ciders awarded in the last SISGA’15. The people attending were professionals of the agroalimentary and distributive sector as wells as relevant personalities of the Asturian population in Catalonia. They all enjoyed a very nice dinner where they had the chance to get closer to the new ciders being made nowadays in our country and in many others they did not know.
Among the people coming is to be highlighted the presence of the Asturian cider maker Raúl Riestra from Riestra cider mill, who presented his brut and demi-dry ciders, well appreciated among the participants.
